User Data Deletion Instructions

Spotlight Studio connects with your Facebook/Instagram profile to allow you to schedule and publish social media posts. We value your privacy and make it easy for you to request the deletion of your data.

Removing Facebook/Instagram Integration

If you only want to remove Spotlight Studio's access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts, you can do this directly from your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Look for Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
  3. Find "Spotlight Studio" (or "SMG") in the list of active integrations.
  4. Click Remove and follow the prompts to confirm.

Once removed, Spotlight Studio will no longer have access to your Meta accounts and all stored access tokens will be invalidated.

Requesting Full Account and Data Deletion

If you would like us to completely delete your Spotlight Studio account and all associated data (including orders, assets, and profile information), please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@spotlightmediagroup.com from the email address associated with your Spotlight Studio account.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include a brief statement confirming that you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted.

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been completely erased from our systems.
